Dry Brushing your skin

imageSo I have been dry brushing my skin now for about a year. I love how soft it makes my skin. I dry brush my entire body everyday before jumping in the shower.  The above picture is a great guide on how to get started and the benefits of it.
Things I’ve noticed over the year:
1. My skin is super soft like baby skin.
2. My cellulite is about half of what it used to be on the back of my legs.
3. Dry skin is non existent, every winter my legs and back get super dry and itchy. This year I had no dry itchy skin at all.
4. No more ingrown hairs on my legs.
